Allow me to get a bit philosophical. You know, we all come to this world, live for, oh, maybe 80 years if we are lucky, and then we leave. Our children may remember us for another 30 or so years. Grandchildren, if we are really lucky, maybe another 20 years. Our temporal footprint on this planet, really, is no more than 150 or so years. If anybody remembers my name in a 100 or 200 years from now, well, I don’t think they will, but if they do, it will be because of what I wrote in this book.
